Shipping Policy

Shipping options are available at time of checkout. Most purchase will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. Shipping may vary due to high order volume and availability. Serialized items may take 7-10 business days to ship and requires FFL documentation prior to shipment  

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides. Below restrictions and requirements are subject to change.

Orders are Typically Shipped Standard Ground and will be Delivered within 3 - 10 Business Days

By making a purchase you agree to the Terms & Conditions and understand that some products may not be shipped to restricted areas. *Products that can be considered weapons cannot be shipped internationally.


FFL Transfers:

FFL transfers are required for serialized parts such as firearms and firearm lowers. Ammunition may also require a FFL transfer in locations such as California. The customer is responsible for knowing state laws regarding FFL transfers.

ARRANGE AN FFL TRANSFER: Contact a local FFL and let them know you would like to use them for a transfer and confirm any charges or requirements to complete a transfer and verify they will receive your transfer. Request the FFL dealer email a copy of their FFL to FFL@totalarmor.com. The customer assumes all responsibility and shipping cost for returned items due to FFL refusal or denial of the transfer.

Email the contact information for the FFL you selected along with your order number to FFL@totalarmor.com, please include the business name, address, phone number, and email along with a contact name if available. 


NFA Transfers:

NFA transfers are required for Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles and Short Barrel Shotguns and follow the same process as FFL transfers except the FFL used must also have an SOT. FFL/SOT Search


PO Box Restrictions:

Hazardous materials can not be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS), you must provide a physical address for shipment of the these items through UPS. Restrictions include but is not limited to: Ammunition, Batteries, Black Powder and Combustible Liquids such as Cleaners, Oil, and Aerosol Cans.


Firearm Restrictions:

HANDGUN, STOCKLESS SHOTGUN, OR FIREARM RECEVIER:

Legal resident in the state in which you are ordering

21 years or older to complete the transfer e receiver

Magazine Restrictions:

The customer is responsibility for understanding applicable laws regarding magazine capacities. High-capacity magazines will not be shipped with firearms to restricted locations. We will not replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We do not offer refunds or discounts in place of high capacity magazines.

The customer is responsible for understanding applicable laws when purchasing and reloading ammunition.

You are not violating any local, state, or federal laws

You are at least 21 years of age for handgun ammunition
You are at least 18 years of age for rifle ammunition
You have not been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor for domestic abuse
You are not chemically dependent
You will not sell ammunition to any minor.

You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition. You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction, and accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. See the individual product description for extended warranty details. All sales of firearms and ammunition are NOT REFUNDABLE and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped and transferred to a FFL are final and NON REFUNDABLE. Returns must in original packaging and in a resalable condition to be refunded, we reserve the right to access an appropriate restocking fee or deny refunds based on the condition of returned items.

Defective Products:

We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied. Eligible defective items may be returned within 30 days to us for a replacement or in-store credit. Some products carry an extended Manufacturer Warranty, see the individual product description for additional details.

Product must have been used properly and be in good condition. Any modifications will void your warranty. The warranty does not cover acts of nature, crime and/or misuse. Examples are lighting strikes, vandalism, improper installation and/or use. We reserve the right to determine if the product is defective and within warranty.

If firearms or ammunition are defective you may contact the manufacturer directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

Non-Defective Products:

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you want to return a non-defective item, you have 30 days from the purchase date.

To receive an exchange or in-store credit, non-defective returns must be in original, undamaged condition, including accessories and packaging. Due to the nature of our products, all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Products returned with missing items will not qualify for the full return. Some products are non-returnable, as indicated in the individual product description.

Customized items are non-refundable but may be eligible for trade-in, purchase, or store credit.

Storage Fees: 

Firearm transfer, custom orders and customer firearms or property provided for service are subject to a $30/month storage fee, after the item has been stored for 30 days. After 180 days without full payment of storage fees the items that have been stored are considered abandoned property and any claim of ownership is forfeited.   

Returns Process: 

  • To begin a return, please Login to Your Account.
  • Go to 'Order History', in the 'Your Cart' section.
  • Find your Order, and click it to open the 'Order Details' page.
  • Click 'Create Return', and fill out the 'Create Return Request Form'. Click 'Create'.
  • If your item is not available for return, your return period may be expired or your product may be non-returnable. Please contact a sales representative for additional assistance.
  • Once your return is created, please await a response from our Returns Department. You will be informed about the status of your request by email.
  • Your 'Return Request' will be viewable from 'Returns', under the 'Your Cart' section. The status of your return will also be viewable.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a "Authorized Return" email with your Return ID, and an additional email from your sales representative with your RMA Receipt.
  • Please provide a copy of your RMA Receipt with your return, and reference your Return ID on the shipping label.
  • We will send you the mailing address to ship to during the RMA creation process.
  • We recommend shipping with a tracking number to avoid lost/misdirected returns, shipping & handing not included.
  • Upon our receipt of the approved return, we will issue your exchange or in-store credit.

In-Store Credit Policy:

In-Store Credit is provided to our customers using Gift Certificates. You will receive a Gift Certificate ID Code via email to use for your next purchase, and is able to be applied towards tax and shipping.

To redeem your in-store credit:

1) Login to Your Account, or Create an Account
2) Add your products to the Shopping Cart
3) Proceed to the Checkout
4) Select 'Gift Certificate' as payment method
5) Enter Gift Certificate ID Code, and click Submit

Remaining balances can be used for future purchases. You can check your balance under the 'Gift Certificates' section by entering your Gift Certificate ID Code.
